A household starter kit is available with a kitchen towel, a bathroom mat, a garbage bag for the kitchen and one for the bathroom, 1 toilet roll, dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Situated in the lower part of the Residence, near the heated swimming pool reserved for Residence guests and the view from the villa terrace is onto the surrounding luxuriant vegetation.
